Failure to provide such documentation when requested may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.

2.2 Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

The ph2bet Platform is intended solely for users located in the Republic of the Philippines where online gaming is legal under PAGCOR regulation. You are responsible for determining whether your use of ph2bet is legal in your jurisdiction. If online gaming is prohibited in your location, you must not access or use the Platform.

By using ph2bet, you represent that you are not located in any jurisdiction where online gaming is illegal, and that you will not access the Platform from any such jurisdiction. ph2bet reserves the right to restrict access to the Platform from certain locations and to verify user locations through IP address tracking and other technical means.

2.3 Account Registration and Security

To use ph2bet services, you must create a personal account by providing accurate information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, and physical address. You may only register one account per person. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all transactions, bets, deposits, and withdrawals made using your account credentials.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

You may fund your ph2bet account using the payment methods made available on the Platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and cryptocurrency options. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the Platform. ph2bet does not charge fees for deposits, although your payment provider may impose its own charges.

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly upon confirmation by the payment processor. However, ph2bet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions. Sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body. Settlement of bets may be delayed pending official confirmation of results. In the event of abandonment, postponement, or cancellation of a sporting event, bets will be handled in accordance with the specific sport's betting rules as displayed on the Platform.

Live in-play betting is subject to acceptance by ph2bet. Odds and available markets change rapidly during live events. ph2bet reserves the right to reject or limit live bets at its discretion. There may be a delay between bet placement and acceptance due to live data transmission speeds.

4.3 Casino Games

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

ph2bet's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim, or PHP 10,000, whichever is lower.

ph2bet is not responsible for losses caused by third-party payment providers, internet service disruptions, government actions, technical failures beyond our control, or your own failure to protect your account credentials.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ph2bet, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

ph2bet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if you violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, fail to provide required verification documents, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by ph2bet in its sole discretion.

Upon account termination by ph2bet, any bonuses, pending bets, or promotional benefits will be forfeited. If termination is due to fraudulent activity or serious violation of these Terms, ph2bet may confiscate your account balance.

13. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. ph2bet's failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
